I'm a painter with a background in fashion and management. Born in Poland and a recent transplant to Washington DC where I currently have my studio. 

My process is organic with attention to texture and gesture. Having my own clothing boutique unleashed a love of witnessing that moment of rebirth when a woman sees herself in a beautiful new piece of clothing for the first time. I try to capture this moment in my full length portraits with oil and acrylic paints.

With my abstract work, I feature layered washes and a variety of textures, creating movement and evoking emotion through colors. I enjoy experimenting and challenging myself to create new forms of expression through technique. Each painting reflects a specific personal moment in my life.

I'm inspired by interior design, travel, music, and stories. Beyond the mere act of creation, I wish for my art to serve as a greater purpose – to inspire and evoke emotions, inviting my audience to experience a personal connection. When engaging with my artwork, I want you to feel as if each piece was created exclusively for you—a visual tale waiting to be unraveled. I hope to create a lasting impact, where my art becomes a cherished part of your life. 

My full body portrait commissions are really exciting to work on, as it allows me to capture the essence of a person in totality. If the painting is a gift, I will require a photo of the person in their favorite piece of clothing or a favorite pose, as well as some background about their favorite colors and what makes them unique. If the painting is a gift for yourself, I'll wish to go with you on a journey and collaborate to create your painting. 

For my abstract commission process, I approach each piece as a connection to your story. We’ll work together gathering inspiration from various works, colors, and compositions and I will create a custom color palette for you based on our discussions.
